Roundup of Tuesday’s high school basketball action from the Greater Spokane League and Eastern Washington. Nonleague games unless otherwise noted. 

Girls

Mead 71, Central Valley 52: Addison Wells Morrison hit five 3-pointers, finishing with 28 points, and the Panthers (4-0) defeated the visiting Bears (0-5). Caroline Spink and Ellie Thornton added 11 points apiece for Mead. Aspen Henry led CV with 18 points and Olivia Patshkowski added 16.

University 54, Ferris 41: Lily Anderberg scored 13 points and the Titans (3-3) defeated the visiting Saxons (3-4). Lilly Heaton added nine points with eight rebounds for U-Hi. Mateia Eschenbacher led Ferris with 20 points and 10 rebounds.

Ridgeline 59, Lewis and Clark 44: Madilyn Crowley scored 16 points, Grace Sheridan added 14 and the Falcons (4-1) defeated the visiting Tigers (3-3). Rhiannon Kilgore led LC with 12 points.

Gonzaga Prep 71, Mt. Spokane 27: Belle Hernandez scored 14 points, Laura Thompson added 13 and the Bullpups (5-0) defeated the visiting Wildcats (0-5). Dakota Wyss led Mt. Spokane with 12 points.

Clarkston 72, Pullman 53: Preslee Dempsey scored 16 points, Joslyn McCormack-Marks and Elise McManigle added 13 and the Bantams (4-1) defeated the visiting Greyhounds (2-4). Taylor Darling led Pullman with 20 points.

Northwest Christian 75, Newport 19: Kaitlyn Waters scored 16 points and the Crusaders (4-0, 2-0) defeated the visiting Grizzlies (1-3, 0-1) in a Northeast 2B game. Macey Shamblin added 13 points, and Mackenzie Prince and Lindsey Hart scored 12 points apiece for Northwest Christian. Sammi Tellessen led Newport with nine points.

Freeman 52, Liberty 44: Rylee Russell scored 17 points, Logan Pecht added 11 and the visiting Scotties (1-4, 1-0) defeated the Lancers (3-2, 1-2) in a Northeast 2B game. Alysssa Babb led Liberty with 15 points.

Bonners Ferry 56, Colville 40: Taren Bateman scored 38 points and the visiting Badgers (4-4) defeated the Crimson Hawks (2-4) in a nonleague game. Andee Kroiss led Colville with 14 points.

Davenport 67, Kettle Falls 6: Gienna Soliday scored 21 points, Clare Lathrop added 17 and the visiting Gorillas (5-1, 1-2) beat the Bulldogs (2-5, 0-3) in a Northeast 2B game. Wyn Edwards led Kettle Falls with seven points.

Lind-Ritzville/Sprague 62, Asotin 34: Zoe Galbreath scored 24 points and the Broncos (4-1, 1-0) beat the visiting Panthers (2-2, 0-1) in a Northeast 2B game. Georgia Schaefer led Asotin with 18 points.

Reardan 61, Chewelah 7: Rylynn Green scored 13 points and the Screaming Eagles (4-1, 1-1) defeated the visiting Cougars (0-3, 0-1) in a Northeast 2B game. Chasyn Waters added 11 points for Reardan. 

Colfax 51, Medical Lake 39: Allie Jenkin scored 14 points and the Bulldogs (4-1) defeated the visiting Cardinals (0-4) in a nonleague game. Brooke Vandenbark added 10 points for Colfax. Ayae Brown and Sadie Evans led Medical Lake with eight points apiece.
