Libby Roberts, the daughter of Kevin and Cami Roberts, maintains a 3.876 GPA while activelyparticipating in various leadership and mentorship roles. She is a dedicated member of theNational Honor Society, Leadership, and serves as a mentor for Special Education students. Inaddition to her academic achievements, Libby has excelled in athletics, earning four varsityletters in both cross country and wrestling. She is currently a key competitor on her high school’stop-ranked relay team for track and field.Libby’s wrestling accomplishments are remarkable, earning her recognition as the 2024 MetroFemale Wrestler of the Year. She has been named Greater Spokane League (GSL) Wrestler ofthe Year four times and has made the GSL First Team for wrestling each year of her high schoolcareer. Among her many accolades, she is a two-time Iron Man Champion, a National FederationHigh School Champion, and a four-time district, regional, and state wrestling champion. With anoutstanding record of 95-3 against female opponents, she has proven herself as one of the topwrestlers in the nation. In addition to her wrestling success, Libby has been named Second TeamGSL in cross country and is a three-time state qualifier in the sport.On the national stage, Libby has consistently competed at an elite level. She placed seventh inU17 Nationals in 2021 and was the U14 National Runner-Up that same year. In 2022, shefinished third in her division, followed by a National Runner-Up title in 2023. Most recently, sheplaced fourth in both the 2023 and 2024 U17 Women's Nationals. She has also competed in theHigh School Showcase, placing eighth in 2022, seventh in 2023, and finishing as the runner-upin 2024.Beyond her own athletic pursuits, Libby is dedicated to giving back to the community. Shevolunteers at Prometheus Wrestling Club, working with young wrestlers, and actively supportsSpecial Needs students through the Unified Sports Program. Next year, she will continue herwrestling career at the collegiate level while pursuing a degree in Health Sciences. Withaspirations of becoming an athletic trainer, Libby hopes to work with college athletes, combiningher passion for sports with her commitment to helping others succeed.
