Grant Brito
Scholar Athlete
Grant Brito has a 4.0 GPA and is the son of Kristina Kripaitis and Neal Brito. Grant is the Drum Major of the Ridgeline Regiment Marching Band and the Principal Saxophone in Ridgeline’s Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, and Pep Band. Grant is the Captain of the Varsity tennis team and has competed at the State level in both Varsity Knowledge Bowl and Chess. Grant is a 2024 Youth Leadership Spokane Graduate, a 3-year member of the National Honor Society, and he received AP Scholar with Distinction his junior year. Grant has earned 15 Varsity letters (four in Marching Band, three in tennis, three in Knowledge Bowl, three in Honor Society, and two in Band). The Ridgeline Regiment went undefeated in Washington State for 4 consecutive years - placing 1st in 12 Regional competitions and winning the Bands of America Idaho Championship in 2025. In tennis, Grant earned GSL Honorable Mention as a sophomore and placed 5th in singles at GSL 3A and 8th at Regionals as a junior. Grant volunteers with Special Olympics Unified Bowling, Hoopfest -Spokane, Liberty Lake’s Winter Glow Spectacular, Liberty Lake Elementary, and various community events. Ridgeline’s motto of “Belong, Inspire, Grow” has served as inspiration to be a servant leader in his community. Grant will attend the Georgia Institute of Technology to study Mechanical Engineering!
