Cassie Joy

Cassie Jay has a 4.0 GPA and is the daughter of Brent and Allyson Jay. She is a member of National Honor Society, FCA, Link Crew and DECA; where she has competed at the State level her Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Year. Cassie earned 6 varsity letters: three in Slowpitch Softball and three in Fastpitch Softball. In slowpitch she was All GSL Honorable mention her senior year while her team earned 2023 GSL Slowpitch Championship and were the 2023 2A/3A Slowpitch State Champions. In Fastpitch she was named All GSL Honorable mention her sophomore year, 1st Team all GSL her junior year and her team was 2023 GSL Fastpitch Champs and placed 4th at state in 2023. Cassie has participated in several community projects through both DECA and National Honor Society in addition to volunteering at several softball youth camps, tutoring students and participating in Freshman Orientation night. Cassie will be attending California Lutheran University where she was awarded the Founders Scholarship for her academic achievements. She will also be continuing to play softball while studying Sports Management.
