Jacey Boesel
Scholar Athlete
Jacey Boesel has a 4.0 GPA and is the daughter of Bryan and Christy Boesel. Jacey is a member of the National Honor Society, and has served as Freshman Class President, Sophomore Vice President, and ASB Executive Secretary her senior year. She has also been a member of Hope Squad and has completed five College in the Classroom courses: EWU English 101, CWU Pre-Calc 1 & 2, EWU History 111, EWU English 170/Film, and EWU Polisci 100.
Jacey earned 12 varsity letters; 4 in volleyball, 4 in basketball, and 4 in track. In Volleyball, her honors include Central WA 2B League Honorable Mention (9th), First Team (10th), GSL Second Team (11th), and GSL First Team (12th). Team honors include a 7th place State finish in 2022 and 6th place in 2023. In Basketball, Jacey was a two-time Central WA 2B League MVP (9th, 10th), GSL First Team (11th, 12th), and a four-time WIAA All-State selection. Her team earned 2nd place at State in 2023 and 2024, 3rd place in 2025, and 4th place in 2026. In Track, she was a GSL District Champion in Long Jump and a 2023 State Champion in the 4x200 Relay. Team honors include a 2nd place State finish in 2023. Jacey is also a WIAA Athlete of the Week recipient, a 3-time GSL Athlete of the Week, and the SWX Student-Athlete of the Week.
Jacey has volunteered at the Elementary School Garden, Wally’s Toy Building, Okanogan and Deer Park Volleyball Camps, and the Okanogan County Fair. She also assisted with Christmas gift wrapping, Omak Stampede garbage pick-up, the daddy-daughter dance, and the Prom Spectacular. Her volunteer experience is defined by her dedication to youth mentorship and active participation in local community traditions.
Jacey will attend the University of Idaho where she will be playing college basketball for the Vandals. Her intended major is Physical Therapy.
