Jonah Wiser

Jonah Wiser has a 3.93 GPA and is the son of Melanie and Ryan Wiser. Jonah has taken 5
honors courses and 5 AP courses, and he is the Yearbook Editor in Chief, a member of the National Honor Society, and volunteers for the Bloomsday Roadrunners Club, Summer STEM Academy, and his church.
Jonah earned 8 varsity letters in his time at Mead: 4 in Cross Country and 4 in Track & Field. He helped lead the Panthers as a member of the 2025-26 Mead Cross Country team that swept the GSL, District 6, and WIAA State Championships. Jonah was awarded 1st Team All GSL and, for 2 consecutive years, All State Cross Country honors after placing 13th overall at the state event.
As a Track & Field team captain, Jonah was chosen Honorable Mention in the 800 and 1600 meter races after placing 6th in both events at the state meet. He was named All State Track & Field in the 2025-26 season. Jonah specializes in distance, competing in the 400M, 800M, 1600M & 3200M, as well as 4 X 400M Relay.
Jonah has committed to WSU where he will be studying Kinesiology and will run both Cross Country and Track & Field for the Cougars.
